Breeding & Young Horse Support Kit
From breeding season to the growing young horse, build a consistent nutritional foundation. This kit combines three Parkmore products for different stages of care. It is not one identical feeding schedule for stallions, mares, foals, and youngsters.

- Parkmore Special Vitamin and Mineral Supplement (SVMS), 10 lb: daily vitamin, mineral, and amino-acid support.
Stallions: support the breeding-season foundation
For best results, Parkmore recommends starting the full label-recommended amounts of SVMS and GLF on December 1 before the breeding season, alongside consistent forage and balanced nutrition. Devil’s Own may be used as a separate, intermittent course when appropriate and according to its label; do not feed charcoal continuously as part of the daily vitamin-and-mineral program.
Mares: support changing nutritional demands
Breeding, pregnancy, and lactation bring different feeding needs. SVMS and GLF can form part of a balanced feeding program alongside quality forage. Use Devil’s Own only as an appropriate intermittent course, not continuously. Adjust the overall ration to the individual mare and her stage.
Foals: support steady development
As a foal begins eating independently, Parkmore’s maximum daily amounts are 1 oz SVMS and ⅓ oz GLF. Continue GLF for 45 days after weaning. A separate 10-day Devil’s Own course may begin 2–3 days before weaning at no more than ½ oz per day. This is not the adult Detox serving. Follow the individual product labels and account for the foal’s full diet.
Young horses: keep the foundation balanced
Yearlings and young horses up to three years old continue to develop. Use SVMS as part of a forage-led feeding plan suited to age and body condition. Parkmore recommends a 30-day GLF course two to three times a year, or as needed. Devil’s Own is an intermittent product, not a daily staple.
Clean → Support → Build. Use the right part of the kit at the right stage. Feed activated charcoal separately from medications; do not feed it to horses prone to constipation or within 24 hours before or after deworming. Provide clean fresh water. These supplements complement, rather than replace, a balanced ration and appropriate horse care.
