Orders are processed within 3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Local pickup is available at the following location:

• Orders may be picked up daily. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.

STORE DELIVERY

Local delivery is available in Smithfield Kentucky and Ocala, Florida.

SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are generally shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), or Federal Express when appropriate.

At this time, we ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

Calculated Shipping

For orders that do not qualify for flat-rate shipping, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Flat-Rate Shipping

We offer the following flat-rate shipping options for eligible orders:

• $9 flat rate for orders totaling 1.25 lbs or less
• $18 flat rate for orders totaling 20 lbs or less
• $40 flat rate for orders totaling up to 50 lbs

Orders exceeding flat-rate limits or requiring special packaging may be charged calculated shipping rates instead.

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout once your order ships. Please note that delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
