Why Parkmore Exists - Parkmore Supplements

People often ask me what makes Parkmore different.

The easy answer would be our formulas.

I could tell you about the decades of research and experience my brother Gordon has devoted to developing these formulas, the carefully selected ingredients, and the results we've seen in horses and dogs around the world.

But that isn't what truly makes Parkmore different.

Parkmore was never built simply to sell supplements.

It was built on one simple belief:

Don't chase symptoms. Find the problem, fix it where you can, and if you can't, help people find someone who can.

That's why we've always said, "We're the Fixers."

Not because we believe we have every answer.

Quite the opposite.

We know there are times when the best thing we can do is point someone toward their veterinarian, their farrier, their trainer, or another specialist.

Our responsibility has never been to have all the answers.

Our responsibility is to care enough to help people find them.

That's why Parkmore was built to solve problems, to educate, and to become the first call people make when they need help with their horse or dog.

That philosophy shapes every decision we make.

It influences how we answer the phone, how we respond to an email, how we develop a new product, and even how we write these blogs.

One of our core values is Deliver WOW Through Service, and I have to give credit where it's due.

That value was inspired by Tony Hsieh's book Delivering Happiness. His belief that customer service should create memorable experiences—not simply complete transactions—made me stop and think.

I remember listening to the book in my truck on one of my long trips and saying to myself, "That's exactly the kind of company I want Parkmore to become."

For us, delivering WOW isn't about flashy marketing or gimmicks.

It's about taking the extra phone call on a holiday or at seven o'clock on a Sunday evening.

It's about asking one more question instead of rushing to recommend a product.

And if we don't have the right solution, it's about going the extra mile to help you find someone who does.

Sometimes the best advice we can give is simply, "Let's involve your veterinarian."

If someone finishes a conversation with us feeling heard, understood, and hopeful, then we've done our job.

Another of our core values is to Build Honest Relationships Through Trust.

Trust isn't built through clever advertising.

It's built by telling the truth, even when that truth doesn't immediately lead to a sale.

It's built by putting the wellbeing of the horse, the dog, and the person first.

Education has always been at the heart of Parkmore.

We don't want our customers to depend on us.

We want to empower them.

The more you understand your horse or dog's nutrition, behaviour, and overall wellbeing, the more confident you'll become in making everyday decisions. If our conversations, our articles, and our experience help you reach that point, then we've achieved something far greater than making a sale.

I've always believed something very simple.

Give someone a supplement and you may help their horse today.

Teach them how to think about nutrition, management, and wellbeing, and you may help every horse or dog they own for the rest of their life.

Give them the opportunity to share that knowledge with others, and together we create a ripple effect that reaches far beyond Parkmore.

That's why, for those who want it, we offer the opportunity to become part of our family—not just as customers, but as educators, ambassadors, and affiliates.

Financial independence isn't built by selling products.

It's built by earning trust, serving people well, and genuinely improving lives.

As Parkmore grows, my hope is that we're known for much more than what comes in the box.

I hope we're known for lifting people up.

For giving horse and dog owners the confidence to make better decisions.

For encouraging people who have lost hope.

For supporting our affiliates as they build something meaningful for themselves and their families.

For creating a workplace where kindness, honesty, humility, learning, and service aren't just words on a wall—they're the way we do business every single day.

Yes, our mission is to improve the wellbeing of horses and dogs.

But it's also to improve the lives of the people who love them.

If every conversation leaves someone with a little more knowledge, a little more confidence, and a little more hope than they had before they met us, then we're building something much bigger than a supplement company.

We're building a community.

I don't know exactly what Parkmore will look like ten years from now.

What I do know is this.

If we continue to educate...

If we continue to serve...

If we continue to lift people up...

If we continue to put horses, dogs, and people before profits...

...then we'll never have to worry about becoming successful.

Success will simply be the by-product of doing the right things, for the right reasons, every single day.

That is the company we're building.

And I couldn't be more excited about the journey.

Until next time...

Be Kind.

Be the person you needed when you were starting out.

Be quirky. Be fun. And always embrace change.
